Gail Cooper Zack, President of Applause, Inc. helps people who struggle to find their confidence, and who find it difficult to organize their thoughts and their words. No matter what you do, if speaking clearly and confidently is a critical skill, she can help you master it.
Gail has a MA in Human Resource and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, and a BS in Business from the University of Minnesota. Gail has served on the board of directors and is a past president for ATD-GTC. Her company, Applause Inc. has been helping people create and deliver successful presentations.

Dan Neitz brings over two decades of serving a wide range of audiences through public speaking. Dan’s unique background of mechanical engineering, technical sales and counseling psychology allows him to support speakers on topics ranging from the highly technical to the highly personal.
Creating and delivering impactful presentations is hard work. Because of this Dan loves weaving moments of fun and play into your process of growing as a speaker. You will increase your ability to connect with and most importantly to serve the audiences that matter to you.

Julie Berg is a leadership development consultant and an ICF-certified leadership coach working 1-1 with managers, and together with their teams. As a coach, she puts the GO! in her clients’ goals whether it be through leading, presenting, or living their best lives.
She has over 30 years of Training & Organization Development experience in a variety of industries & organizations, including 10+year partnerships with cherished client companies. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota and consults with and teaches at the University of Minnesota and Normandale Community College.
Julie is certified to deliver MBTI, DiSC, Social Styles and Emotional Intelligence assessments for training and coaching.
